Practice gratitude towards your body and all the wonderful things it allows you to do. Even in the most extreme situations, there is always something to be grateful for. The ability to communicate, to see, to walk, to digest… and recognizing that some of us don’t have those luxuries. Here are some ways you can practice that gratitude through self-nourishment.

  2. Mindful Eating Practice: Check out this simple, beginner-friendly mindful eating practice that you can do with any food at any time. Try taking some time during each meal to really be present with your food, sensations, and experiences.

  3. Incorporate more whole foods into each meal. (i.e. fresh produce, fresh meats, and organic, non-gmo whenever possible)

  4. Hydration/Electrolytes: Try to drink a glass of water to start your day and be mindful of your hydration levels throughout the day. Add some electrolytes into your water to boost your hydration!
