Position Overview

The Dinner Event Directors lead the planning and execution of the Summit’s dinner experience. These directors oversee the evening’s atmosphere, guest experience, program flow, and coordination among the venue, catering, entertainment, and production teams.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Direct vendors and event staff during setup and dinner service.

  • Coordinate among the venue, catering, entertainment, and production teams.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Develop the dinner’s overall experience and flow.

  • Coordinate catering, décor, entertainment, and venue logistics.

  • Manage the dinner timeline and key program moments.

  • Oversee guest seating and special accommodations.

  • Direct vendors and event staff during setup and dinner service.

  • Troubleshoot on-site needs to keep the evening running smoothly.
