Position Overview

The Event Production Manager oversees all production activity for the Summit’s main stage. This person turns the program plan into a well-executed live experience by coordinating speakers, scripts, stage cues, technical teams, rehearsals, and timing.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Coordinates presenters, stage staff, and the technical team.

  • Leads technical rehearsals and speaker run-throughs.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Build and manage the main-stage run of show.

  • Coordinate audio, lighting, video, presentations, and stage cues.

  • Lead technical rehearsals and speaker run-throughs.

  • Keep panels, awards, and presentations on schedule.

  • Coordinate presenters, stage staff, and the technical team.

  • Manage real-time program changes and production issues.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Ability to build and manage a main-stage run of show.
