Position Overview
The Mike’s Bikes Program Director leads the Mike’s Bikes program within the Inspiring Children Foundation. This person is responsible for its year-round strategy, participant experience, partnerships, operations, and long-term growth.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Coordinates program staff, mentors, volunteers, and community partners.
Collaborates with the hired event producer for annual rides while remaining focused on the year-round program.
Duties/Responsibilities
Lead the vision, strategy, and ongoing development of Mike’s Bikes.
Design and oversee programming that supports the Foundation’s mission.
Recruit, support, and maintain relationships with participants and families.
Coordinate program staff, mentors, volunteers, and community partners.
Develop and manage the program calendar, budget, and resources.
Establish safety standards and participant procedures.
Track participation, outcomes, and the program’s community impact.
Collect participant stories, feedback, and success measures.
Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and expansion.
Represent Mike’s Bikes within the Inspiring Children Foundation.
Provide program goals, content, and participant needs to the event producer.
Collaborate with the hired event producer for annual rides while remaining focused on the year-round program.
