Ask for Help

When we are struggling, it’s common to get bombarded by thoughts telling us not to reach out because “we are a burden,” “nobody cares,” “I can handle this on my own,” “people will think less of me,” etc. But reaching out can actually be one of the most beneficial things you can do when you are struggling. It is not a sign of weakness; it is a sign of strength. There are so many communities and people who are here to support you and get just as much out of it as you do.
