Mental health is something I consider extremely important because I’ve seen how much it shapes who we are and how we show up in the world. Growing up and moving between countries, I learned how important emotional resilience is when you’re facing uncertainty or change. Over the years, I’ve watched friends, residents, and even myself navigate moments of pressure, isolation, and self-doubt — especially in environments like college housing, where mental health challenges often go unseen.
Working in property management has given me a front-row seat to the real struggles people face every day. I’ve learned that empathy, listening, and showing up consistently for others can make a huge difference. I’m passionate about mental health because I believe that no one should ever feel alone in what they’re going through, and I want to be part of changing that — by creating spaces where people feel understood, supported, and valued.
