Help Others Be An Everyday Angel
Evidence shows that helping others can also benefit our own mental health and wellbeing. For example, it can reduce stress as well as improve mood, self-esteem and happiness. There are so many ways to help others as part of our everyday lives. Good deeds needn't take much time or cost any money.
“There is no greater gift than to invest into another human life.”

Ways to Help Others
Act of Kindness
Brighten someone’s day with a small act of kindness. Even simple gestures—like holding a door, offering a compliment, or lending a hand—can create a ripple of positivity. You never know what someone is going through.
Listen Fully
Offer someone your full attention without interrupting or rushing to respond. Sometimes being heard is the greatest gift.
Write a Note
Share your gratitude or encouragement by writing a heartfelt note. A few genuine words can uplift someone more than you realize.
Support a Cause
Donate to worthy causes, such as the Inspiring Children Foundation, where the proceeds go to mental health programming for those in need.
Volunteer Your Time
Give your time and energy to a local cause, school, or community group. Presence can be just as impactful as money.
Check In
Send a quick message or call someone you haven’t connected with in a while. A simple “thinking of you” can mean a lot.
Join the #NotAloneChallenge
Be part of a movement reminding people they’re not alone. Share your story, raise awareness, and help spread free mental health tools. Join here.
