In today’s world, it’s easy to get caught up in pressure, comparison, and negativity. As a student, athlete, and model, I’ve faced my share of stress, insecurity, and expectations. Focusing on my mental health has helped me rise above those challenges. It’s taught me how to stay grounded, confident, and at peace no matter what’s going on around me. Through my own journey, I’ve learned that mental wellness isn’t just about getting through hard times. It’s about building self-awareness, resilience, and compassion for yourself and others. I want to inspire people to take care of their minds as much as their goals, to find balance in chaos, and to lead with kindness and strength.
