“I try to give myself permission to be a work‑in‑progress and not have everything figured out at once. It’s more manageable and takes some of the pressure off of feeling like I have to have everything right all the time.”

“The Inspiring Children Foundation completely changed my life. It gave me hope, support, and the tools I needed to heal and grow.”
Many of the #NotAloneChallenge tools come directly from the Inspiring Children Foundation’s evidence-based curriculum, which has been in place for 25 years. What makes this section especially meaningful is that much of it was co-created by the youth and alumni of the Inspiring Children Foundation. Guided by the belief that children learn by doing real-life work, they helped develop these tools with oversight from our clinical supervisor and Mental Health Advisory Committee.
