βThe Inspiring Children Foundation completely changed my life. It gave me hope, support, and the tools I needed to heal and grow.β
Many of the #NotAloneChallenge tools come directly from the Inspiring Children Foundationβs evidence-based curriculum, which has been in place for 25 years. What makes this section especially meaningful is that much of it was co-created by the youth and alumni of the Inspiring Children Foundation. Guided by the belief that children learn by doing real-life work, they helped develop these tools with oversight from our clinical supervisor and Mental Health Advisory Committee.
With Gratitude to Villa Bibbiani
In partnership with Villa Bibbiani, weβre able to share these tools to support mental health, mindfulness, and connection. Their support helps us remind everyone: Youβre not alone.
